The Annual Parish Meeting

is coming up on January 29th at 11:00am.  Last year was a very busy and important year for St. Barnabas and we don’t want you to miss any of the reports and discussion.  Plus, we will be voting for new vestry members.  Please make sure to attend!

In order to prepare a complete and accurate Annual Report for St.. Barnabas, please submit your committee and ministry reports by Sunday, January 15. 

ADULT FORUM:  Please join Adult Forum this Sunday, Jan. 8th at 11:00am in Grant Hall as we complete our work on the community letter drafted by Rev. Paul.  What do you think of it?  Who shall we send it to, and how should the letter be delivered?  We'll also discuss St. B's participation in the MLK Parade on January 16th and the Denver "March on Colorado” on January 21.

ARTS ON VINE:  Calling all St. Barnabas Artists!  Please plan on showcasing your art the weekend of Feb. 10-11-12.  Our Open House and All-Parish Art Show kicks off on Friday, February 10th from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the church.  Please contact Elizabeth Hepp if you have questions.

SOLES FOR SOULS:  On Sundays, we are asking our able-bodied parishioners to park two blocks or more away from church, or ride-share, bike or walk if you can, to save closer parking for newcomers and visitors.  There’s lots of free spots in Cheeseman Park, less than a ten minute away.  The further you walk, the more souls we can save, since people will more easily be able to find their way to our doors.  Thank you! 

2017 ANNUAL AUCTION:  Our 2017 auction is scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday in March - March 11th.  Please add it to your calendar and be ready to have a great time!  We will have our fabulous, homemade, spaghetti dinner in Grant Hall along with a silent and oral auction.  More details to follow!  Questions?  Ask Karen Hoffman or Heather Frazier.
